Sharing data and documents with the lender
In order to match you with a lending partner, we require your consent to share the information you provide with us to our lending partners, including documents, personal financial details, and renovation specifics. The lender you select, after closing, will also share final metrics with us (such as final loan amount and actual FICO score). Your electronic signature grants us permission to share the information you provide to us with our lending partners and grants the lender you select consent and permission to share this information with us.
