Please read these terms and conditions (“Terms”) carefully before consenting to receive short message service (SMS), multimedia message service (MMS), and text messages (collectively, “Text Messages”) from RenoFi using any Regulated Equipment. “Regulated Equipment” refers to and includes any automatic telephone dialing system, any automated system for the selection or dialing of telephone numbers or the playing of a recorded message, or other equipment regulated by applicable law for making automated calls or texts to consumers.
Your consent is not required to obtain RenoFi services or loan products available through RenoFi nor is your consent required as a condition of purchasing any products or services. You may opt out of receiving Text Messages at any time. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply to texts with HELP for help or support and STOP to stop receiving texts.
RenoFi may modify these Terms from time to time with or without notice to you and changes will be effective as of the date they are posted on this page. You should look at the Terms regularly. Your continued receipt of Text Messages without opting-out following any changes to these Terms will constitute your acceptance of such changes.
RenoFi and its service providers may use Regulated Equipment to deliver Text Messages to you related to upcoming appointments, post-appointment follow-ups, status updates regarding your renovation project and/or loan application or file, customer service communications, surveys, requests to submit a review, and marketing and promotional information on RenoFi services and loan products available through RenoFi. You will begin receiving Text Messages when you express interest in RenoFi’s products and services, provide a mobile telephone number(s), and consent to these Terms. Message frequency under the RenoFi Text Program varies.
For help or support, reply “HELP” in response to a Text Message from RenoFi.
To stop receiving all Text Messages from RenoFi, reply “STOP” in response to a Text Message from RenoFi. After you submit a request to stop receiving texts, you will receive one final text alert from us confirming that you will no longer receive Text Messages.
To opt-in to receive Text Messages from RenoFi, please follow the instructions provided when you enroll via the RenoFi website. By providing your mobile telephone number(s) where prompted and confirming your acceptance of these Terms, you expressly consent to receive recurring marketing and non-marketing Text Messages from RenoFi and others texting on behalf of RenoFi using Regulated Equipment at the telephone number(s) you provide. You represent that you are the account holder for the mobile telephone number that you provide and are responsible for notifying RenoFi immediately if you change your mobile telephone number.
RenoFi does not impose a separate charge to send Text Messages. Message and data rates, in addition to any applicable roaming charges, as provided in your mobile telephone service rate plan may apply to each Text Message sent or received in connection with RenoFi’s Text Messages. Please contact your mobile telephone carrier for pricing information.
RenoFi’s Text Program is offered on an “as-is” basis and may not be available in all areas at all times, and may not continue to work if your wireless carrier makes changes to its products, software, coverages, or other services. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We may change or discontinue the Text Program any time without notice or liability to you.
As used in these Terms, “RenoFi” collectively refers to and includes Renovation Finance LLC and Renovation Technologies Holdings Inc. RenoFi is not a lender, rather we’ve partnered with lenders that leverage RenoFi’s technology to seamlessly provide RenoFi Loans and other financing options for home renovation projects.
